Before moving to sunny Florida, Joe was raised on Long Island, NY. Joe spent his youth playing lacrosse for various teams, including the nationally ranked Team 91 Lacrosse Club. Joe spent four years and graduated from the University of Tampa, where he was a face-off specialist and mid-fielder, winning four straight Sunshine State Confere
Before moving to sunny Florida, Joe was raised on Long Island, NY. Joe spent his youth playing lacrosse for various teams, including the nationally ranked Team 91 Lacrosse Club. Joe spent four years and graduated from the University of Tampa, where he was a face-off specialist and mid-fielder, winning four straight Sunshine State Conference Championships including two NCAA Final Four appearances. He was also placed on the All-Academic Team. Joe has since been named Admiral Farragut’s Varsity Boys’ Head Coach, while coaching the high school regional team and high school state team for 3Step Sports (Florida Lacrosse Club). When he is not on the field coaching, Joe is the founder and continues to run a Florida-based lacrosse business, which hosts college showcases and various competitive lacrosse tournaments. Over the past several years, Joe has committed himself to developing the youth in the Tampa Bay region to becoming well-rounded lacrosse players.

Her commitment to our community shines through her past service on the board of a local youth football organization, where she brought insight and dedication to the development of young athletes. A familiar face on the sidelines of various sports events throughout the area, she has cheered on her children with unwavering support and enthusiasm. Her keen understanding of the importance of quality coaching and the significance of teaching fundamentals reflects not only in her role as a parent but also her broader commitment to nurturing excellence and integrity in all endeavors.
